In an effort to help grow the number of qualified nurses in San Antonio, Methodist Healthcare Ministries has awarded San Antonio College and St Philip’s College $1.5 million for their nursing education programs. The grant will be used to increase the supply of qualified nurse educators, to enhance student learning via a state-of-the art simulation lab, and to provide financial assistance to students.
