We recently received the following letter from the husband of a patient at Northeast Methodist Hospital:
“On behalf of her family and myself, I would like to express our sincere appreciation for the care and attention your staff has given my wife in her stay in your Intensive Care Unit. Karen, John, Brenda and the other nurses did everything that was possible in an attempt to save her, and all with love and compassion. It was not to be, but she died peacefully and we are grateful for the loving care that they gave her.”
This touching note expresses the dedication and compassion of all our nursing staff that, day after day, truly make a difference in the lives of patients and family members.
